The staff at the hotel was great. We had wonderful customer service, which is more than I can say about the "customer service" we experienced with Orbitz. Buyer beware! The smoking/non-smoking room policy Orbitz has in place is ridiculous. Non-smoking is just a request, not a guarantee.

Large comfortable room with HDTV. I apparently failed to specify a non-smoking room. Wish I had though as the room we were assigned to was a "smoking" room. Still, this room was fantastic and a great value.
