Sleep Inn Lake Bluff Guest Reviews
This hotel was a border line dump. When we checked in we were charged an extra $20.00 to access our room an hour early. The room was a Smoking Room with no heat!!! We requested a non-smoking, after complaining we were moved to a non smoking. We were told the no smoking rooms were full.. never saw more than 10 cars in the parking lot. Very disappointed in the hotel staff.

Was there three nights. It was comfortable and clean. The shower was very low flow. Staff was helpful.
