its an avarage hotel near JFK, if you land late and not want to spend to much @ NYC, than the price and service is ok. bed is comfortable and you have free internet...

It's really good that I've booked this hotel. The room is samll but clean. Bed is so soft and comfort. I like all those decoration in the room. Hotel is quite close to JFK airport and it's the best choice to stay if you have to chatch your flight in early morning next day. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and kind. I feel like they are really willing to help you and provide you with a very useful information when asked. Hotel shutte is another best service to choose to stay at this hotel. They are just on time. They won't let you wait for so long. They don't merely pick and drop you at airport, they even do that to train station if you need so. I'll come back here again fore sure if I happen to go back to state. Lastly, complimentary breakfast is another choice.

I rang the hotel and was told the airport pickup van had just left so I would have to wait 20 mins for it to return. However I had to wait over an hour in the rain/cold for the van. On the return trip I was told that I could only be dropped at Federal Circle which would have meant taking the Airtrain to my terminal, (all the other airport hotels normally drop guests off at their terminal). At 5.30 am this meant having to get up 30mins earlier ...quite an inconvenience really. However as I was the only guest going to the airport so early in the morning I eventually convinced them to take me straight to my terminal. Although this is a very comfortable hotel I don't feel that it's an airport hotel as it is too far away from JFK which can add a lot of extra time to your trip. They also take a deposit of £50 from you which they immediately put onto your credit card. It is only put back onto your card several days later so with the ever changing exchange rate you could loose quite a few pounds this way. As there is no on-site restaurant and it's not in a particularly nice area the only option is a takeaway. However I was extremely disappointed with the "Indian Curry Express" takeaway restaurant I used. Even though I waited about 45 mins for the food when it arrived it was lukewarm, not very tasty and I was overcharged for my order. I definitely would not recommend it.

The most important thing to note was that I needed a hotel room near JFK with zero notice at midnight. It was impossible to use any on-line reservation system because it was after midnight and so the on-line reservation systems could only look up rooms for the following night.[...] The hotel itself was surprisingly nice - brand new with nicely finished rooms. No lobby, no frills, but I couldn't have asked for more for what I needed. One negative is that the hotel is in a creepy neighborhood.
