Friendly, Clean, good breakfast. Always a good place to stay.

Don't expect too much for $89 in Sydney (even in the suburbs). Conveniently located on Hume Highway and not noisy (from traffic). But the hotel is tired and not well presented. Bathroom wasn't clean and the entire floor got very wet as the shower was an open one (possibly useful for the disabled) and it didn't even feature a bathmat. Staff were not terribly interested in anything. Bedding configuration was not as booked.

Close to Bankstown Square and the Easter Show. Very Central....clean, comfortable....parking. Busy time it can be noisy with inconsiderate people. Will definately stay there again...stayed 6 times so far..! Its safe and secure..never had a problem.

The staffs can smile more and be more friendly. The breakfast can be improved, with more variety of food, like bacon, bean, and pumpkin soup, etc. Otherwise, good.
