i was quoted a different price online to the one i actually paid other than that the hotel is good value

The hotel was a bit shabby, and definitely overpriced. The service for breakfast was very slow and understaffed.

We will never stay at this hotel again. The beds was very dirty. They did not change the towels even if they where dirty. Next time we take a hotel in London. We have traveled all over Europe and USA and have never seen such a bad hotel at that price. I guese a hostel has more comfort.

The drink prices in the bar go up by the hour, and not subtly.

If any of the staff is reading this review, l'll advice that they should make the passage or entrance to the hotel more appealing by removing the matteress left in the hallway. Generally, it's a good family run hotel and won't hesitate to stay there again.
