Marina Centre also hosts a diverse array hotels, restaurants and nightclubs. The Singapore Flyer however, is the premier tourist attraction in the vibrant area. No other point of interest in Singapore offers such dramatic views of Marina Bay, the cityscape or on a clear day, Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The observation wheel has 28 capsules and room for 784 total passengers at a time. A full rotation of the wheel takes 37 minutes to complete.
Vitals and Tips
The Singapore Flyer is accessible by MRT, bus or shuttle bus from Saint Andrew’s Cathedral.
Other Singapore Flyer attractions include a 737 flight simulator, spa, interactive water fountain and seafood restaurant.
The observation wheel is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
