Experience was good. The hotel location is good right across from the beach. The free beach tram and bus service was good and was for all people staying at the Sentosa island resort hotels.

Siloso hotel is not bad since it is basically a resort hotel and you cannot really compare it with a 5 star. Food is excellent. We enjoyed our free breakfast. The staff are nice and friendly.

Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. However, found the hotel expensive and certainly not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel. Could do with a revamp. What has left a sour taste is the fact that I am still waiting for the refund of my deposit which was taken off my credit card on 16th Nov and was not deducted from my account at the end of my stay and I am still awaiting a credit into my credit card.

when we stepped into the room, it felt like the chambermaid had a quick clean. The room do not look like it has been thoroughly cleaned. The carpet looks dirty & a lot of sand (like someone from the beach has just walked around it) The toilet looks quite dirty too! Other than the cleanliness bit, the service & food were quite good.

Nice property and great location. Room smallish but clean and comfortable. Not in room much anyway because there is so much to do in the vicinity. Singapore is easy ride away on monorail and on the island are plenty of places to eat and things to do. Second stay here and will be back
