Location
The Silken Torre Garden Hotel Madrid is situated in the northeastern part of the city. It is just a few minutes from the city centre and the Iferna trade fair site. The hotel is also very close to many tourist attractions like the Warner Theme Park and the airport.

Restaurant
The restaurant is open every mid-day and is particularly appreciated by guests wishing to relax over lunch in the hotel instead of having to go out. Only ok if you need to visit one of the large number of companies in this area. more than 1km to the next metro station. From there 35 minutes to the city centre

Service in Reception is excellent, however, in the cafeteria/restaurant area the service is fairly poor, while very friendly. I am a qualified hotel and restaurant staff trainer, and I suggest that much more staff training is necessary in the catering area.
