An excellent weekend spent in Bilbao. The hotel was great for a comfortable weekend to explore the great city of Bilbao. Close to metro and tram stops and easy to walk to airport bus link. Would certainly stay here again.

This hotel is terrific. The room was extremely comfortable. The location was close to the major sites as well as public transport. The staff is very courteous. Good value for the cost. All in all, a wonderful stay. Would stay there again without a second thought.

This a fine 4 star hotel, -perfectly located for a stay in Bilboa. It even has an excellent priced mena la sia. The bar is luxurious, and the drinks are big and cheap.restaurant with a reasonably

great location. that is the only good thing i can say about this hotel. reception staff were slow and uninterested (i wasn't in a suit). food was nice but waiter never wrote our order down therefore always getting it wrong or forgetting something. rooms are average. you won't catch us here again.
