great location. that is the only good thing i can say about this hotel. reception staff were slow and uninterested (i wasn't in a suit). food was nice but waiter never wrote our order down therefore always getting it wrong or forgetting something. rooms are average. you won't catch us here again.

This might be the only 4-star htl in the civilized world wich doesn't offer internet in the rooms at all. One has to go to the lobby and pay the horrendous price of almost 8 euros for 45 min of a slow connection.

We stayed here for a weekend & loved it. Spacious room. Lovely tile bath with tub, bidet, & 2 sinks. Chocolates on our pillows. In-room safe. Fabulous breakfast buffet which included desserts. The hotel building is new and upscale. The location is a long (20 to 30 minute) walk to the Guggenheim Museum but a taxi was only about 5 euros. All around the hotel are tapas bars where you can drink wine & eat snacks for only a few euros.
