The staff were very kind and helpful in extending advice on how to move around town and so. The hotel is very stylish in design. It is quite impressive. I was given a Cava bottle as a Christmas gift :)

Everything ok and good quality, except: - Don't take room 308, only minor window which you even cannot see or find easily. - Breakfast was not included the price. 20 € extra cost, but the breakfast was good. And the place was lovely with a good view in the 7th floor.

I would find it much easier to use a shower that was walk in as I am sure most of your clients paarticularly those over 45 . Otherwise great hotel staff in reception and Bell hops were very attentive. The Hotel is in a brilliant location.

If you can get any sort of deal - stay here! Superb location and most interesting hotel. The rooms are truly comfortable and dont worry about having a "Gugg" view as you can take breakfast on the roof and have one of the truly great sights of europe as a backdrop. Breakfast simply superb in every way. My only (usual) gripe - why do some hotels continue to sting for WiFi connectivity - just make it free guys!!

Ultra-slick, stylish hotel, within spitting distance of the Guggenheim. Great service, highly professional front desk and friendly staff.
