Location
The hotel is located right next to three of the town's new icons, the Cesar Manrique Maritime Park, the Calatrava Auditorium and the Trade Fair building, and to the Las Teresitas beach.

Hotel located on main artery road which is easy to get to and from by car (good street map necessary fot this), paring available at 23 euros a day, a 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel to the beginning of the interesting stuff - good value if you have to park a car and get a good rate! You can get a good deal without breakfast and find a pastry shop instead...

Basic tea and coffe making facilities would have been an advantage, otherwise an excellent hotel.
