Stayed here for one night in August 2012. No problem finding it driving from the city centre. Lovely clean AC room. Great breakfast and great value buffet dinner. Staff lovely. WiFi not doesn't work in bedrooms. Will stay here again.

Convenient location. Good size rooms - nice and clean. However, there are rude members of staff at reception, plus the longest time I have ever had to spend going through a check-in process (and this does not include queuing). Breakfast is not of a high quality (in my opinion - and if it hadn't been included I certainly would not have paid the charge others have claimed it costs)........and when will hotels realise that those toast machines they all now seem to have installed are as useful as a chocolate fireguard?!! Conclusions - I would stay here again due to the location and rooms however I would look at other options first. Seville is a lovely city and I would highly recommend it. P.S. remember to take your passport with you when you check in otherwise you will be made to feel like you have committed a crime - something which should be advised on the hotel confirmation correspondence!!

Only slight problem is that you need to take a taxi or bus into Seville Centre. Perfect otherwise

The location of this hotel is too far. But, the staff are nice. The breakfast is good. The room is large. The bed is comfortable.

Got the room for a good price and it had parking for 14 €. Pool was closed and you had to pay for the sauna and the gym was basically non existant. Had troubles booking in and out which may or may not have been their fault...but the reception staff were always helpful. Bus 34 into town was just around the corner and easy to catch- but it was an hour to stroll in which put limitations on our sightseeing. If we didn´t have a car we would definitely stay closer in town.

I've stayed in this hotel twice now and although it is not in the town centre, it is really easy to take the bus which is really regular or a taxi for around 7 euros in to the old town. It takes around 10 minutes to get there. I think this is a minor inconvenience compared to having such a nice hotel with a lovely swimming pool. The rooms are averaged sized and well appointed. The breakfast buffet has an enormous selection to suit all tastes. Overall, it is an amazing hotel for the money, really good value.

We had a good expirience with this hotel. We found the dinner and breakfast buffet quiet expansive. Bus #34 takes your to the old city in 10 min. and you can park your car on the street (near the hotel) free of charge.

A beautiful hotel,a big piece of art really, everywhere you look there is something nice to see,a painting,a sculpture and so on.Staff was friendly and very polite. The room was excellent, nice bathroom, clean. Swimmingpool in the garden, nice and clean.A bit far from center of town but a bus stop nearby and bus nr.34 took us right to the best place to start a sightseeing tour of this beautiful, beautiful city.

Very nice hotel and very good value for money. The facilities are excellent and the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The hotel is not situated very close to the city centre but not too far away - taxis are cheap and the buses are quite regular also. I also highly recommend the breakfast.

We stayed at tis hotel for 5 nights from the 22nd September 2007. an excellent hotel to stay in. yes it is a bit out of the way from the centre of seville but with a regular bus the No. 34 passing by the door this was not an inconvenience. we were able to spend the morning relaxing at the pool and the afternoon in the city centre . the Bus cost a euro and ran regularly up until at least midnight . a taxi only costs 7 euro. we would definitly stay here with no hesitation at all. the breakfast buffet is alsoa must.

Stayed here 21-25 Sept 2007. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the Executive floor, so my review is written with that in mind. The room was spacious and well equipped, and we had a pool view which I requested via email before arriving. The staff speak very little English so communicating was difficult especially as we found our safe was broken and it took a whole morning of our 4 night break to arrange to get it fixed. I've never known a hotel with so little information about it's facilities in the rooms! We didn't discover until the second morning that there were in fact two restaurants where you could take breakfast, and the one we didn't know about was the better of the two! The pool area was a godsend as it was in the 30's, so it was lovely lounging around the pool until it was cool enough to hop on the bus for the short journey to Seville. The hotel itself is big and a bit souless, but for the price, I would recommend it.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Silken Al Andalus and we would probably stay there again if we return to Seville. Standards throughout are excellent and to have such lovely pool area is a fantastic bonus. I doubt if you would find anything to compare in the centre.

This is a very well run medium sized modern hotel decorated in classical moorish style in a nice location 4km from Seville centre (5 to 6 euro taxi fare or 1 euro busfare). It is spotlessy clean with a large outdoor swimming pool and bar, spacious bedrooms and a bright, comfortable and airy lobby. An excellent & extensive (hot & cold) buffet breakfast is served geared to every nationality. Staff are professional and friendly and overall service is excellent. Highly recommended.

great hotel on the outskirts of seville. Easy to get to the town centre- a regular bus directly to the old town or a taxi for around 6 euros. Excellent value for money.

Had a fantastic deal from website on this hotel and had a great 2 day break in Seville. The rooms were modern and immaculate and air conditioning worked well which was essential as was 46oC at 9.00pm. The swimming pool was great to cool down in after sightseeing and was a decent size, something you don't tend to get in the centre hotels. Location was fine, we knew when booking we would have to get taxis into the centre. It was only a short taxi ride and cost about 6euros. Staff on check in were very friendly but the bar staff by the pool were extremely rude and took us about half an hour to get served to even a drink. Despite this we would however stay in the hotel again as for the money we cannot complain. Parking was easy and the hotel was easy to find unlike the hotels in the Santa Cruz district

If you a car is available that would be a very good choice otherwise you will have to spend some money on moving by taxi, bus, or renting a bike if you like.

The Silken Al-Andalus Palace is a beautiful big hotel with a lovely swimming pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are huge and you just help yourself to anything you wish. Rooms very large, we had a room with balcony overlooking pool, lots of toiletries and replaced each day. Although not in the centre, the No. 34 bus stops just around the corner and for 1 euro it will take you into the centre (about 15 mins). Very frequent and reliable and it was nice to return to the quiet away from the hustle and bustle. At the moment Seville is undergoing major works in the city centre, although not a problem but if you are looking for a city centre hotel I would check where it is on a map first. Would certainly stay again at this hotel.
