for the BED.! But other than that, the room was clean and close to the stadium, all the help was great and helpful. But the bed on hubby's side was completely broke down. I told them about it when we left and they promised to fix it. Great price on the stay and close enough to get to everywhere at the same time. The races were very close to Sam Boyd Stadium, certainly within walking distance. Thanks! Bring a few pans to heat the water and kitchen stuff!

The hotel was located in a decent area. It has a cheap apartment feel. It was awesome having a kitchenette, but not so awesome when roaches invaded it once we cooked something. Once the maid service cleaned up, they were gone, but coming back from a night out to a roach party wasn't a very good time. The room also had this awful stench coming from the carpet next to the front door. We asked to have it handled and it came back within an hour of it being cleaned. Over all, our stay was decent. Decent bed and bedroom/bathroom. The couch was very uncomfortable, though. =\ There are people who treat it as an apartment type place. Parking on Friday and Saturday nights is AWFUL as many tenants have parties.Thankfully, no one really kept us awake. I would consider staying again, but after seeing/smelling the room I would be staying in. It was alright for the price we paid....

The price was cheap and so was the room and the hotel. We had 2 phones in our room and neither worked...not even a dial tone. The kitchen was the nicest part and was very clean. The beds were very uncomfortable and all 3 of us had back pain after 2 nights of sleeping. The couch looked like it was purchased from a garage sale, very old and dingy looking. We didn't sit on it, so I cannot speak for comfort. There were 2 TVs and the one in the living room worked fine, but the one in the bedroom worked about 60% of the time. The remote would just suddenly stop working, no volume, no channel change, no power on/off. Even trying to power it down from the button on the TV didn't work. After pressing the off button for about 3 minutes the TV finally went off and then when we got it to turn back on it worked. This process happened 3 times in our 2 day stay. There was tape on the back of the remote, so that should've told us something. We paid about $60/night, so I didn't expect a 5 star stay, but I guess I expected a TV and phone that worked. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower was awful as well. The people at the front desk were very nice and fast upon check in. If you stay here, don't expect much, cuz you didn't pay much.

Everything was great, quiet place and comfortable. Great AC, no bugs, furniture and bed -very good, everything clean. We had read some bad reviews and were concerned before coming, but they proved to be false. Only con was the drains were slow. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Wish I could give it NO stars!!! This was the absolute worst hotel experience we have ever encountered! First room was wrong, which was no big deal and could be resolved. Second room we walked into had the bathroom door shut but the light was on, kitchen had trash all over it, looked in the bedroom and there was blood smeared on the pillow and bedding. We literally felt like we were in the middle of a CSI series. Went back to the office and they wanted to move us to the third floor, knowing I am disabled and needed a room on the ground level. After about 40 minutes they found us a room. Happy that we would be able to sleep now (we had a VERY late check in - 3am) we went to the third room only to find roaches EVERYWHERE! It was without question the most disgusting hotel ever. There were many homeless people hanging around the property. I would stay at C. C. before I would stay here! We left immediately and booked a VERY NICE room at S.P. I can't discourage people enough not to stay at this place. Your car would be a safer and cleaner place to sleep. The price was cheap but this is DEFINATELY a case of you get what you pay for. It's worth the few extra $$$'s to stay at a better hotel.

For the money they charged me I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel. The room was filthy! It may have a full kitchen but not a single utensil, plate or pan to use. There is no sound proofing between floors and the people upstairs from me sounded like they were tap dancing all night long. They allow dogs and apparently those who bring dogs feel that they do not have to clean up their dogs mess. My girlfriend stepped in a particularly large pile of dog mess right outside our door. The sofa in the living room was covered with stains, so much so that I did not even want to sit on it to watch TV. The bed was so old and worn out it was uncomfortable to sleep on. When we called the front desk in the middle of the night to complain about the noise coming from upstairs, they told us that the people upstairs were not answering their phone and did nothing more. They said that we could receive a credit to make up for our complaints but when it came time to check-out they denied saying that and no credit was given. After our first night there housekeeping did not even clean our room and replace our towels, I had to go to the front desk to get more towels, the next day housekeeping did clean our room, but left only one towel and one washcloth. I recommend you avoid Siena Suites.

Things you need to know before making reservation. There is no WIFI in the rooms bring your ethernet! There is no continential breakfast, but you can have 15%-20% (depending on the day) off of your breakfast at the restaurant across the street. Bring everything you may need! Although you have a full kitchen, there is NOTHING in it! This complex (I call it this for a reason) has people living in it like an apartment. I was told they were living there since it became a Sienna Suites Hotel. Walls are thin and it is very noisy. Staff was wonderful, though!!!

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but you could just smell the stale cigarette smoke. The "Kithcenette" had the oven and fridge, but absolutely NOTHING to cook with, like pans, plates, silverware, cups. There were loud people there, drunks, couples fighting. I found out that this is a hotel that accepts HUD (Section-8) payment for low-income housing, so, not a very nice clientele. I felt like I was in the projects to be honest with you. The people above me were fighting until 1:30 in the morning, when I finally just decided to pack-up all my stuff, resere another hotel and get the heck out of that nasty place. NOT a good place to stay, trust me.

I sort of stumbled upon this hotel as I was making last minute reservations. I guess you get what you paid for. I liked the fact that it had a full kitchen. But that was it. There wasn't anything to use in the kitchen! Not even plastic cups! As for the bed, it was so old that I could feel the springs in my back! The bathroom wasn't any better. There was only one sink and no countertop space around it to put toiletries. By the way, if you like to hang your clothes, bring your own. Although there is an iron with ironing board, there are no hangers to hang your clothes after you spent all that time ironing your them.

The hotel was great overall. The 2nd day of the trip, the staff only left us with 1 towel, 1 hand towel, and no wash cloths, so that was disappointing. When I went to the front desk to get more, I wasn't the only one complaining about not having enough for the room and they didn't have any extras to begin with. With a full room of people, I doubt anyone wanted to share towels. Great location and quiet but the beds were like rubber. Great for the price paid but could use a little upgrading, especially with the beds.

We were looking for a suite, so this fit the bill by having a separate bedroom and living area, but that's really all you get. The room is as basic as you can get with only a coffee pot as your only live-in amenity, there are no pots/pans or even cups. The staff was extremely friendly and housekeeping did a nice job. The worst part of all was the terrible, rock-hard, squeaky bed that really needs to be replaced. For the price I wasn't surprised by what I got, in a good or a bad way.

The location of Siena Suites is very close where my mother-in-law lives and the price for a 2 bedroom suites was really a good deal. When we got there the king size bed was horrible. Its almost as if I'm sleeping in a box spring. We were suppose to stay 2 nights but we checked out a day early and got another hotel. I do not recomment this hotel.

The hotel was awful in fact I had to leave and find a differnt hotel. The room was so dirty I had to wear shoes at all times this was the worst experience I ever had with a hotel. I spoke to the hotel manager after breaking into hives and she offererd to move me to another room. I looked at the other room and it smelled so bad like animal urine I could hardly breath upon entering it. I am very dissatisfied with the accomidations you set up.
