The hotel was old but nice. We were a little disappointed that our room didn't have a fridge.

While it has a great location, you definitely don't get what you pay for. The staff is competent and courteous, but the rooms are on the small side and nothing stands out. I have had nicer rooms at a Holiday Inn Express. The in-house restaurant food is good and reasonably priced, but this was about the only stand-out amenity that I'd even mention. Also, given the hotel's location, you can find better food and a huge variety within a 10 minute walk. Unless you MUST stay in Miami Lakes, I'd go somewhere else.

The hotel is in a quiet and safe area of Miami. 30 minutes away from the Miami South Beach. The room are clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. You can find some good locations for dinner in walking distance of the hotel.

This is a very nice hotel with awesome tropical gardens and a pleasant pool area. Main St has a good selection of small shops and restaurants. In a quiet area of Miami with good links to freeways which will take you to Bayside in approximately 20 minutes and Miami Beach in 30, depending on traffic. The Hotel Staff were welcoming and helpful and we will definitely use this Hotel again.,
