All: I am a frequent traveler for work and this is NOT a hotel. It is a condominium that the building management company rents out for the condo owners. Their target customers seem to be students on Spring Break because they charge a non-refundable $40 damage insurance and a $60 dollar cleaning fee. I felt that this was completely misleading! IF you want to take your family with you on a business trip in the off-season, it would be a decent place to stay since there is a full kitchen, pool, beach access, etc. However, this is NOT a hotel from the perspective of a business traveler.

There were several issues with this place. They do not list anything about a claeaning fee and a personal insurance fee that you have to pay when you stay here. [...] the people call it a condo. I think that is so they can charge you whatever they feel like. I felt extremly ripped off after staying at this place. The people were unfriendly and not helpful at all. And you will wait in line for an elevator forever. And there are no sidewalks to anything other then a waffle house. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I would NOT recommend this condo! When we made the reservation through [...], we requested a lower floor (no higher than the 7th) and a room with a full view of the ocean. When we arrived, we found our room was on the 22nd floor, and the view was obscured. Also, the carpets in the living room were ripped and there were urine stains (probably from a cat or dog) in the kids' room! When we called the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do about giving us a different unit, so we asked for a refund. They gave us a refund of 4 of our 5 nights, and we moved across the street to the Laketown Wharf, which was WONDERFUL and the staff was sooo much nicer! I would highly recommend the Laketown Wharf hotel...their pool was great, the condos were clean and had updated furniture, and it was less expensive!

They spent all the money on the pretty pool, and skimped on the details. Too few elevators and some not operating. We often waited 10 mins for an elevator in a hot elevator waiting area, only to enter an unventilated/unAC'd, very crowded elevator. Parking deck is extremely tight and short on "not reserved" spaces. Luggage carts are VERY limited at prime times - plan ahead. Great beach, decent sized rooms. Our room had an AC water leak down the wall with peeling paint, missing sheets on a "made" bed and moldy shower curtain. When we mentioned these issues to the front desk on two separate occasions, they expressed ZERO concern. The pool and beach are the best parts and you can find comparable at better condos.

The room was great and clean. The elevators were slow at busy times ( lunch, dinner). All kitchen items were there and linens provided. Overall, great stay right on the beach and wonderful pool. Great for kids to play in the pool, but hard to get a lounger. Will stay there again.
