Magnificent views of the river and city to Mt Wellington. Handy to airport and shops. Bistro is quite good and popular with locals. Some road noise and would benefit from full air conditioning.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Bed was uncomfortable. Carpets in dire need of cleaning/replacing. Motel requires major noise insulation as the road traffic noise makes sleeping extremely difficult - the motel backs onto a major road roundabout.
