We arrived at the hotel at 8am, had to wait till 3pm until our room is available, the staffs not very helpful at all!!!!

1-2 minutes with taxi from Shinjuku Station to the hotel, 7-10 minutes to walk. The location is perfect. I always asked the cleaning ladies for tips and advice around Shinjuku(like are there any supermarkets around), really helpful. The rooms on the other hand can get little small and the windows doesn't open at all. The air was pretty bad at the beginning, but it got better.

There's a underground tunnel at b1 that links from the hotel to the various train stations and subways and straight to the shopping malls. I find these extensive underground tunnel links really amusing! A short walk of 2 streets to the area filled with restaurants and cheap small food stalls. Ask for English menu! Free wifi at lobby. But with a 5000 yen deposit, u can rent the modem at zero cost! Lobby staff can communicate in English, but doesn't mean they understand will thou. Room for double is really really small. 1 small path to walk and no space to open ur luggage except on the bed. Got a chance to try the breakfast, the first floor at the annex building has a great atmosphere. The one at 25 floor have a good view.
