Was a bit surprised to see how small the room but since it is basically for sleeping and get freshen up. The location is not bad, like the underpass walk to the station.Easier to get food. There is laundry and internet access - good. Staff needs to smile a lot more...feels they are very cold...not very inviting...

A clean, modern and accommodating Business Hotel on the West side of Shinjuku. A short walk to the JR station and Bus Terminal. The west side isn't as exciting as the East side, but you are a short walk away from the noise, lights and craziness of Kabukicho, shops and restaurants on the East side. The best sized room we have had in Japan. The first stay we had a large room with added small sun room and the second stay we had a massage chair in our room. Both stays were well worth it. I would recommend this hotel any day.

Great location & decent sized rooms however there is no ventilation causing the rooms to be very humid with the air conditioning doing nothing to fix the problem. The only real help the hotel will provide to fix this problem is to open the window which doesn't really make much difference.
