Shinjuku New City Hotel Tokyo Guest Reviews
Shuttle bus provides commute option to Shinjuku Station. However, it doesn't run all day, and doesn't stop at the Airport Limousine Bus station. The latter sucks if you have bigger bags.

Good service, friendly and helpful staff. Many English speaking staff. Buffet breakfast was ok...a lot of choice though. 5 minutes walk to the nearest Subway station (Tocho-mae). 15 minutes walk to Shinjuku JR station if you want...Free shuttle though.

Very large room for Tokyo. It is located quite a walk (uphill on the way) from a train station, but there is a free shuttle bus. Free internet available and some staff speak English.

Very helpful front desk staff. A room overlooking the park would be fabulous. Rooms spacious, although the lobby needs refurbishing.

The free bus service shuttle to the station made this so convenient, otherwise it's a little off the beaten track for tourists.
