The rooms are standard Japanese-sized rooms. This means that they are small for most non-Asian travellers. The location is amazing, being located a fewsteps away from the main hub of Shibuya activities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit the Shibuya area.

very close to department stores. 10mins walk to JR Shibuya Station. hotel staff very helpful & speak english. always clean & feels relaxing at all times

This hotel is a very basic business hotel. The rooms are quite small and the amenities are very basic. I stayed with a friend in a twin room for one night, which was small for two people with luggage. The cost of the room was ok and would suit those looking for a cheap, basic hotel for a short term stay. If you can afford to pay a little bit more a night, you're money would be better spent staying at the Cerrulean Tower Shibuya. I give the Shibuya Tobu Hotel 3 out of 5.

Totally functional, nothing entertaining or interesting about this hotel whatsoever. You pay for the location, nothing else. For $200 US a night I expected more. Zero room service, no cable TV, no view, most uncomfortable pillows in the world. Towels were small (big fluffy towels is something I expect of a 4 star). Staff were courteous but not friendly (one guy was friendly though) nobody spoke english. Restaurant off the Lobby was apalling, bad food horribly overpriced, effectively no non-smoking section. For the money there are better hotels around. Will not be staying here again.
