Sheraton West Des Moines Hotel Guest Reviews
The staff at the Sheraton are great. I forgot a document in my room and called from the airport to see if they could send or fax the contents to me. Housekeeping went to my room, found the document and promptly faxed it to me. All the staff are accommodating and cheerful. The hotel is comfortable, clean and modern.

Staff was courteous and accommodating. They went out of their way to make you comfortable. Quality room and well maintained. Overall, found everything up to a high standard of good service and solid value.
