Lovely hotel but no proper mini bar (you have to call room service to get anything), and expensive to connect to the internet, at $14 daily.

location is very good ,food at the resturant was pricy and not that good, but the hotel is just few minutes walk from resturants, downtown and attractions

Had a corner superior room with floor to ceiling window. Fantastic room. No complaints!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our check in was very correct, because we arrive early morning and they provide us a room, and we could keep it without any additional cost until 4pm, on the day when we checked out. The room is nice, spacious, very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom big and modern. The location is good, just 15minutes from the harbour, directly in the downtown area. I only can recommend this hotel to everybody who plan a great vacation in Vancouver.
