I was there just overnight, but the service was great.

We were guests at the Sheraton Tribeca for a week and appreciated the helpfulness and cheerfulness of the front desk staff. They aimed to please the hotel guests and worked hard to accomplish that goal. Room was a little tight, but that's expected in NYC, isn't it? Good proximity to subways 6, N ,R. Close to Chinatown restaurants and street vendors (Produce, clothing, handbags, souvenirs, etc.

The staff are great. Also helpful when you need a cab. Staying on Canal Street is a drag, because the traffic is terrible and cabs dread taking you to the hotel. Pretty pricey in November and not a whole lot in return. Wifi is only free in the lobby and I think that's annoying.

the room was on the 20th floor. was small in size, the beds and linens were great. the free business center was always crowded so had to pay for internet service. The staff was great, and the location of the hotel to Little Italy and China town was within a comfortable 10 min walk. The room was a bit pricey, but guess you pay for convenience. If I could get it for cheaper, Id be more inclined to stay here again. The fitness center was pretty good. very clean.
