We were guests at the Sheraton Tribeca for a week and appreciated the helpfulness and cheerfulness of the front desk staff. They aimed to please the hotel guests and worked hard to accomplish that goal. Room was a little tight, but that's expected in NYC, isn't it? Good proximity to subways 6, N ,R. Close to Chinatown restaurants and street vendors (Produce, clothing, handbags, souvenirs, etc.

The staff are great. Also helpful when you need a cab. Staying on Canal Street is a drag, because the traffic is terrible and cabs dread taking you to the hotel. Pretty pricey in November and not a whole lot in return. Wifi is only free in the lobby and I think that's annoying.

the room was on the 20th floor. was small in size, the beds and linens were great. the free business center was always crowded so had to pay for internet service. The staff was great, and the location of the hotel to Little Italy and China town was within a comfortable 10 min walk. The room was a bit pricey, but guess you pay for convenience. If I could get it for cheaper, Id be more inclined to stay here again. The fitness center was pretty good. very clean.

Convenience sums up this hotel. Nice location if you're looking to be downtown, LES, SOHO, Tribeca and/or financial district. Also convenient to China Town and Little Italy. New/updated facility with comfortable, clean room.

We had paid extra to get a better room, but the room we got was so small that there was hardly any space to move around confortably. Being pregnant I was extra sensitive to smells and the carpets on the floor had an unbearable stench. When we were checking in- there was some lady complaining about her room so she got put into what would have been our room and we had to wait for about 30 minutes at 1 at night to get her room. Since the hotel was overbooked we had no other choice than to stay in the terrible room.

Room was great, location's great, staff was great. No complaints. Great Value for NYC. The only downside is that it is a 'city' hotel. Door to the hallway was pretty thin, i could hear the elevator 'bing' when it arrived. I'm used to city noises, so I wasn't bothered at all. If you're a light sleeper, you probably can't stay anywhere in NYC anyway.

We were really excited when we got to New York and couldn't wait to check in and get to exploring the city. Our check in clerk was awesome and super friendly, the room was nice and clean (and we later found out, had an amazing view of the Empire State Building all lit up at night). Our only complaint was the concierege, who was condescending and talked to us like we were idiots. The hotel is located right next to Chinatown and Little Italy, so there are a lot of people trying to sell you souvenirs as you walk down the street, but it is also really close to several subway stations (which was nice because we didn't have to rely on cabs to take us everywhere). Overall the hotel was great, except for the concierege that was there the day we checked in.

We stayed for a week at the Sheraton Tribeca and had a very enjoyable stay. My friend and i picked this hotel for the location and we were very pleased. We had two rooms that we shared with our sons. The rooms were small but very clean and bright. The staff was very nice and helpful. (liked the Starbucks in the lobby). I was a bit concerned that the hotel was right on Canal Street, but you couldn't hear the noise once you were inside the hotel. SoHo was a block away. The subway was 2 blocks away and we took it all over town: Uptown, Downtown, the Village, MeatPacking district...super convenient. The Hotel offered a breakfast and evening snack upstairs in their ClubLounge. They charge 50.00 per room, but we thought it was totally worth doing (for at least one day). The food was just okay...but the view is amazing up on the 21st floor and the outdoor deck was a lovely space to relax.

Great Location and Service The location is very convenient, few blocks to the heart of Soho, also, the very friendly service and the wonderful scrambled eggs of breakfast buffet made me come back again.

The hotel room was small but met our needs since we were out exporing the city from sun up to sun down every day. The hotel staff were always most helpful answering our questions and very courteous making the stay even more enjoyable.
