Location
Sheraton Towers is located along Scotts Road in Singapore, a stone's throw to Newton MRT station. Vacationers explore the beautiful Gardens by the Bay and have fun at Universal Studios at Sentosa Island.

Disappointed with the rooms because they needed renovation or face-lifting badly. Waited almost 2 hours till 4pm before we could check in. Didnt know if it was one-off due to NYE. Facilities, like the room, was kind of old. Location average, if you compare all the 5-stars in Orchard area. Room however was adequately sized and clean, thus rather comfortable even if its old. Service was good. I got the room at a special rate. If for its full rate, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Location is not fantastic given that not exactly near Orchard road which is the shopping district. Room is quite old and will require furnishing. I was only able to check-in at 4pm and have waited for almost 3 hours. The lobby was filled with people waiting for rooms. Staff service was however good and room is value for money. I think for the price, may be able to get a better boutique hotel.

Rather average hotel with its good share of good points and bad points. Good points> location is quite good, located right beside Newton MRT. one station to orchard and near to the rest. Absolute fantastic service from the staff. Room was comfortable and clean, something you expect from a hotel of this class. Bad points> Rooms quite old and may need to renovation. Amenities should be upgraded. The pool is really very old. Overall> Average hotel but the service really makes up for it.

At over $200 per night and a rating of nearly 5 starts, you would think this place was great. Hardly! This place is old and the rooms are older. Floor was dirty and windowns and drapes were extremely dirty and dusty. We also waited in line for check-on for more then 30 minutes. Next time, i rather book it at Holiday Inn!
