the employee of cleaning was very bad.. the room didn't has bath robe ,shoes for bath ,teeth brush and water heater,the the Refrigerator was closed, the meals in ala' aldean resturant wasn't delicious

Location of the Hotel is not the best one in Cairo for a tourism travel, no way to reach the Cairo Museum walking and it is very far from the Gizah Pyramids. Price of Restaurants is excesive. It is really beautiful and clean, as a five stars hotel must be, but the breakfast buffet was not as good as expected.

My husband and I have been going to Egypt now for over 15 years and have stayed at the Sheraton before, but have eaten in the hotel many many times (due to the fact that we lived in Cairo between 1994 and 1998).. The staff are helpful and courteous and we shall be going back there again later this year.

I have stayed 3-days, and I changed my room 3-times due to street noises and constructions in the 13th,14th,and 15th floors.
