The parking garage is an absolute DISASTER!.whoever designed this parking garage should be fired as an architect. Good luck trying to park or even drive up this parking garage. it is sooooooooooo small and narrow that it took me about 10 mins to fit my car into the parking spot, and another 5 to squeeze out of the door. they also charged $26 per car and charged it to my room without telling me. Thank you for that! (*note to sarcasm*) the suite I had was small. The pull out sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever touched. It felt like a sheet ontop of springs. staff was welcoming and helpful. Location is prefect if you're looking to enjoy yourself in downtown's gas lamp. A nice 5-6 block walk to gaslamp. The indoor pool was nice with a view of downtown. Overall, good hotel with a nice view. my advice, bring a small car and prepare to squeeze in and out of these ”smart car” sized spots and the never ending round about on the way up from the ground to the 6th level.

I booked this hotel because it was close to gaslamp and we were able to walk everywhere without much difficulty. Only things I would recommend is that the you ask if your room has all the amenities ours was missing the mini fridge and mini bar...a little disappointing but not a deal breaker.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very nice and within a few blocks of the gaslamp area. We even arrived early and were able to go ahead and checkin. We had a nice view of the city as well.

I was on a business trip. The bell boy was polite and helpful as were the hotel check in staff. Unfortunately, one very important necessity was my need for business services. The business service center was closed and the printer in the lobby did not work nor could I save a document so that it may be printed out at the concierge. I stayed a total of 5 days and I only received 1(one) day of room service. There was also a cot in my room. I called to have it removed and it was never removed. Parking was overpriced as was the water in the room. Nice pillows and nice beds. Couch was dirty. All food was very overpriced with an additional 3% fee and 21% service charge. Ridiculous. Far "cheaper" hotels include at least a continental breakfast. Some even provide free breakfast. Although, the chicken dinner was delicious that I ordered from room service.
