very comfortable, excellent staff and very welcoming. Hotel a little difficult to find from the directions given [ self-drive]

Very nice hotel, in proximity of Shin Sapporo train and underground stations. It is quite far from Sapporo city centre, but it is well connected. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. There is a member of staff that speaks excellent English and French. The rooms are smaller than in other Sheraton hotels. I would recoommend this hotel.

Sheraton Hotel Sapporo is very close to Shin Sapporo station but not Sapporo station (which is center of Sapporo). Surrounding Sheraton are some shopping malls which are not as attractive as those at Sapporo station. Distance between Sapporo and Shin Sapporo is 12 min train which costs Yen 260. Buffet breakfast is interesting and good.
