Easy cab ride to hotel. Staff great. Never left hotel, but didn't feel like I was put out. Loved the room, the exercise facility, the green option, and the meeting rooms were as expected.

The hotel was in a great location and had a friendly staff. However, the cost of parking was ridiculous. It was $25 per night. There were no extra amenities available without a price. There were no robes, no mini refrigerator and the use of a microwave was $25. Even an order for just chips and salsa was $16.50. The extra prices were unreasonable. I've stayed in other hotels in the Scottsdale area and never felt their prices were as unreasonable as these. I overpaid for a nicely decorated room without much else.

Hotel was clean, perfectly located for Downtown Phoenix's public attractions. Shopping center across the street including a variety of dining choices as well as an AMC 24 cinema moviehouse. Hotel facilities were very nice. We expected the stay to be very nice with good service because it was a Sheraton hotel. Staff was polite efficent and helpful.
