The hotel is beautiful, quiet and quite sophisticated. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The location is great, close to Hyde Park, Covent Garden, and of course the best shopping in London. I can confidently state that this hotle exceeded my expectations.

We are always well looked after by the staff and the management are very much on top of their job. If there is any problem at all they act very quickly! Always enjoy our stay there! 5 star!

The concierge are brilliant! Whatever you need they are very willing and able to assist you. Absolutely brilliant! I feel like i am going to my home, rather than a hotel!
