The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was fabulous. Very beautiful hotel. My only complaint is the bed. It was very firm and there were all kinds of crinkling waterproof mattress and comforter protectors on the bed.

Though my reservation was not booked correctly, the front desk quickly took care of the issue and gave me the upgrade at no charge. No complimentary breakfast. The pool and workout areas were some of the nicest we have seen. would definitely stay here again.

Made a bad mistake by signing on to their Green Plan as suggested and poorly explained by the desk clerk. Told I would receive a $5 voucher if I agreed not to have housekeeping change the bed sheets for our 3 night stay. Came to find out housekeeping does not even visit your room AT ALL. No bathroom cleaning, no fresh towels, no trash pick up, no clean ice bucket, no floor vacuum, nothing. Called down the next day to say I wanted to cancel the Green Plan. Security brought up fresh towels right away but I received NO HOUSEKEEPING then or the next day either. Made my dissatisfaction known to the front desk but they had no record of my previous request to cancel the Green Plan. Poor quality help is all I can say. Their written page describing the Green Plan does not say you will not receive ANY room services. Why would I stay at a Sheraton if I didn't expect a clean room and bathroom? Restaurant breakfast buffet and bar service was great. Starbucks in the hotel lobby was nice. Valet service was overpriced at $14 per day.

Was very pleased with the value, but somewhat disappointed that I had to pay extra for WiFi and room had no refrigerator.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! From the valet parking, to the swimming pool, to the room itself; truly amazing! The staff was great, and remember my name the whole time. They were very helpful on things to do in the area, and assisting you with whatever needs you may have. It only took about 15 mins to get to KC if that's where you're looking to go, but I had a good time in Overland Park myself.. Definitely a must stay. It won't be the last time I go;)
