Our visit in New York was a short one, but the hotel was fantastic! Everyone was helpful and the facilities were excellent. The location was near lots of desired places and we enjoyed ourselves!

It was great having access to the Club Floor where you could get canapes, drinks and breakfast in a nice environment plus free Wi Fi. Only annoying feature was the hotel took a $50 US bond from my debit card would not give me cash but stated it would be refunded immediately......still waiting 2 days later

This Hotel was perfect for us, great coffee/breakfast area which turned into bar/light meals area in the evening. Internet free anywhere in the Lobby. The concierge were so informative with any request asked of them, and the location was spot on. Certainly want to return.

The shuttle did not take us to the hotel. We were dropped off a couple of blocks from the hotel and told to walk. When we arrived at the hotel after a 2 hour ride in the shuttle, the room was not ready. It was 8:00 at night! We waited another hour and a half before getting into the room. There were 3 of us and one was to sleep on the sofa, but no sheets, blanket or pillows were provided for that bed. Each day the covers we used on the sofa would be removed and no new ones provided. What's up with that? We had a great time on New York, but I don't think I will stay at the Sheraton again.

Construction noises began early each morning and extended well into the evening. Cleanliness was not up to par. Prices exceeded the value provided.

I like the gym and the location of the hotel very convenient but amenitieswise short on everything. They charged extra for the things that are normally thrown in at the Hilton next door. Paid extra for everything including the gym, water at the gym, internet, luggage holding room etc Hotel next door offered my friends free breakfast. Nothing at this hotel. The rooms we requested were not available we were told due to the holiday season and the chaos that it brings two beds were requested but had to make do with one queen. The staff was courteous by New York standards. They offered to send a rollaway bed but when it arrived it did not fit in the room They did allow me an extra hour of checkout time. Lot of construction happening outside with scaffolding etc. Bell boy/man very helpful. Staff quickly fixed the nonworking TV in the room. I wish the rooms were cleaner there was goop on the walls in the bathroom. I know starwood is spending money on goosing things up. I wish them the best.

The location is great, walking distance from lots of things you have to visit in NYC. I got a free upgrade (I'm a Starwood Gold member), but the room wasn't that good. It was only OK. I felt that without the upgrade I think I'd had received an old room. Room service was really expensive and not very good. In general, I'd have preferred to get a cheaper hotel nearby. If you can't find anything cheaper that's as good located as this one, you might want to consider the Sheraton. In other case, I'd only recommend it if you're a platinum/gold member and can get the free upgrade, which will give you a good deal for your money.

We arrived early but room was ready anyway. The location put us just 10 block from Time Square and our theater. One word of warning, the refrigerator records any movement of the products they place inside. Making room for somethig you bring back to the room creates a charge. Ask for a refrigerator, they are free.

We upgraded to a Club Level room on the 46th floor. It was small, but we were hardly in the room so it worked. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff in the Club Room were super friendly and the complimentary food was great! We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly everyone was considering the reputation that New Yorkers have for being rude. We would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay there as the location is great! It's just a few blocks from Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Hall, etc. so walking around the area was no problem at all! Hope to visit again soon!

Hotel was nice, although a little small. Great location within walking distance to Central Park, Times Square etc. Beware of the mini bar...the food items were all out of date, and I was charged for two items that we didn't touch. However, they did reverse the charges with no hassle.

Overall everything was extremely good at the hotel. However, there were four ladies in our room, and we never had enough wash cloths or hand towels. I had to call guest services twice to ask for additional, and they were promptly provided. Otherwise, no complaints. The location of the hotel was EXCELLENT.

At check -in, we were told we had reservations in a yet to be re-modeled room which was not cleaned yet. However, they just happened to have a room ready immediately in the re-modeled area. The cost was $40 extra per night. Hate to admit that I swallowed the hook and paid the extra money as we wanted to get our exploration of the city underway. The conceriege then got us into a play for double the ticket price. Sorry, I can't trust this hotel's staff. However, the room was comfortable and the location was excellent. I will stay somewhere else next visity.

For some reason, the windows in the room were covered with a sticker/film so you could not see out. This meant you also did not have any daylight. Couldn't understand why they would do that. Also, there were no drawers in the room for clothes.

Upon arrival, we were thrilled with the location. We were treated well and were allowed to check in early. The entire stay could not have been more perfect. The only comment my husband made was about the shower-I am sure it was a water saving feature-but it took longer to shower because of the limited flow. You made his first visit to New York a very pleasant and positive one.
