Our visit in New York was a short one, but the hotel was fantastic! Everyone was helpful and the facilities were excellent. The location was near lots of desired places and we enjoyed ourselves!

It was great having access to the Club Floor where you could get canapes, drinks and breakfast in a nice environment plus free Wi Fi. Only annoying feature was the hotel took a $50 US bond from my debit card would not give me cash but stated it would be refunded immediately......still waiting 2 days later

This Hotel was perfect for us, great coffee/breakfast area which turned into bar/light meals area in the evening. Internet free anywhere in the Lobby. The concierge were so informative with any request asked of them, and the location was spot on. Certainly want to return.
