Free shuttle bus provides a convient connection to the nearest JR station. A subway station is also with 5 minutes walk. These stations provide access to all the sights of Tokyo. Room very clean and staff very helpful.

We are from Sydeny,Australia, first time in Tokyo. We loved this hotel as we always stay at Sheraton around the world.Location is a bit off the main busy place, but they have very good shuttle bus service from nearest train station. All the staff are very very friendly and respectful, specially the shuttle bus driver, very restpectful. We loved Japan and the Sheraton Miyako hotel Tokyo.I strongly recommend to everyone. We will visit here everytime we come to Tokyo.

This Hotel is beautiful!!! My husband & I stayed on the SPG Floor (11th Floor) - Room was very clean, specious & modern, internet was definitely 'high-speed' and the customer service was outstanding. Only not-so positive is location of hotel not being close to tourist attractions, however, free hotel shuttle bus takes you to nearest train stations (Shirakanedai 5 mins & Meguro 7 mins) in which Shibuya only 2 stops from Meguro Station and harajuku only 3 stops. Overall, great experience at this hotel... definitely recommend! :)

Great hotel and service, extremely helpful english speaking staff. Our room was upgraded on arrival at no extra cost as they thought with our two children we would need more room and we ended up with an enormous room with large twin beds an extra fold out bed and a cot, we also had a sofa and two arm chairs and a coffee table plus an enormous balcony overlooking the Japanese garden. We stayed 3 nights and we very comfortable here. The staff were more than happy to help with anything. The hotel has a bus service that runs at regular intervals to Meguro train station that is on the Yamanote line (the main circle line that takes you to all the major stops) Also the Narita airport bus runs to and from this hotel. We recommend this hotel.
