For a 5* one would expect dressing gowns, slippers and not having to use paper cups, which were frequently not replaced, so we could not make hot beverage. Beverage packs were not replaced routinely. Hand towels removed and not replaced. Toilet paper, not replaced. Item of clothing from previous guest found in a corner of the room. Sometimes there is no hotwater. The Bidet only trickles. Bathroom is badly designed, the bath taps are badly placed, one can't turn the taps without getting the fingers caught between the taps and the shower glass panel.

The Hotel is well located, the staff is great and the room is beautiful. This is certainly a place I will stay again in a next visit.

Got "bumped" from requested Club rooms for first night due to Chinese Premier and entourage staying at hotel . Rest of visit was good at a great hotel.

Is a Sheraton!!! Even more expensive you must try the top floors. Is really good!!!
