Hotel staff were friendly and efficient, facilities were good and the pool was lovely. The beach is nice but getting around is a problem. The local taxi's are very expensive for Thailand. Klong Muang itself is small but does have a few places to go. The best being Paddy's Pub between the hotel and the Sofitel Resort, they offer free transfers to and from the hotel which is great.

The hotel hasa big garden at sea,a lot of space in low season,even hammocks.Nice big pool.The beach is nice , you can swim there in low season,wawes are not so big.Only con is that the beach was not cleaned two days, our last day we saw it was cleaned,a lot of stones,corals and other staff,I think that Sheraton should clean it every day!It was low season(June) not so many people,but you must keep the standard! Breakfast very good,a lot of choice,warm baked croissants,thai food,fruits..But the best we liked at Sheraton was service,especially manager was very professional and helpful.

Check-in was smooth. Restaurants more to western food. Outside 2 small thai restaurants 50m left & right apart. Go to krabi town for a good thai restaurant. Very reasonable priced. Name is Ruenmai-Thai. Hotel staffs are very courteous & friendly. Overall it is good except check-out when going to airport we were told by the driver to turn back because we have not settled our bill? Showed him our settled bill and ask him to check with the hotel what''s going on. Then a call from the reception said that they made a mistake. Not good for a 5 star hotel.
