We had a great stay at this location. The staff was fantastic. Food is very expensive, $17.00 hamburger that came with potato chips.... All in all a great family location and good value.

super upgraded larger seas front w flat screen large lanai and best of all manta ray evening show in the surf below after superb kona sunset small charge for valet parking well worth it w unlimited in / out super fast friendly service all for $6 a day small issue w speed of i-net in room at times , lobby i-net service super fast over al a 6/5

Everything was great except the cost of food and drinks. The cost was above other 5 star hotel and resorts that I've visited. The resort fee was rediculous at $15.00 a day which included parking, internet. No happy hour at this hotel, we went to nearby hotels for this. Don't take me wrong, the hotel was in a fantastic location, the staff was very polite, and overall I like this place and will stay there again.

We really enjoyed out time at the Sheaton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa. Staff was friendly and courteous. Daily free events and tours. They made the trip great.
