Location
The Sheraton Kauai Resort is the perfect Garden Isle hotel for any type of Hawaii vacation. Ideally located on Kauai's famous Poipu Beach, you can enjoy a host of activities from ocean sports to nearby championship golf, children's programs, and shopping.
Rooms
Perfectly situated to greet the morning sunrise, every guest room in the beach and ocean wings faces the sea. A total of 413 rooms, including suites, are found in small, easily accessible buildings no taller than coconut trees.
Restaurant
Featuring a superb variety of American, international and Hawaiian cuisine, as well as stunning views of the Pacific. The dining selection includes Shells Steak and Seafood Restaurant, Amore Ristorante Italiano and Naniwa Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar.
General
A well-equipped meeting room that can host various business events are also available onsite. Scuba and snorkelling equipment, boogie boards, and beach cabanas are available at the activity center adjacent to the Ocean Pool. The resort offers two swimming pools, a fitness center, and tennis courts.

My fiancé and I got engaged right on the beach in front of the hotel and it couldn't have been more perfect! Our room was right on the water away from the pool and bar. We left the door open every night and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. The construction wasn't too bad but once it's all done this place will be AMAZING! We plan on going back for our honeymoon and anniversaries!!

The location is good, staff were pretty friendly and provided help as you needed. Overall this hotel is not a bad choice!

The staff and location could not have been better. They are in the middle of a remodel so it was sometimes noisey. I was sort of working while on vaction, so I needed wi-fi. I was having some trouble but the front desk took care of the problem and sent me up my own router. Joy the yoga instructor was awesome.

It has a great beach which is good for swimming. Nice hotel especially ocean front rooms. The staff were courteous.

Our overall experience at Sheraton Kauai Resort was great. Pros: -Quiet and secluded at the end of the street -Clean -Staff was very friendly and helpful -Beautiful pool right off the beach -Can rent snorkel gear and boards from the activities booth -Cheap happy hour night deals at Lava bar -Great beach for swimming but not snorkeling -Walking distance to a great beginners surfing spot -Close to Poipu beach that has great snorkeling -Close to 2 shopping centers with great local restaurants -Offered a Thanksgiving dinner buffet Cons: -Hard to find even with a GPS -The restaurant and part of the hotel was still under construction even though they said it would be completed by October. -Bathrooms did not have a fan so the steam from the shower were a bit overwhelming -Lots of kids hanging out in the hot tub -No stores in the hotel to purchase gifts or toiletry items -Not walking distance to any stores or restaurants
