Sheraton Hotel & Towers Chicago

Within a 5 Minute walk to Michigan Avenue and shopping. Rooms were updated with new beds. Hotel was clean and staff was very nice. I would stay again!

Overall we had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately we were set up in a room that was handicapped accessible - this made for very uncomfortable bathroom accommodations since the shower water spread throughout the entire bathroom and into our actual room on the carpeting. Other than that, it was a good experience with great customer service!

Good service from start to finish. Loved that the health club overlooked the lake.

This was a terrible hotel. We checked in and had one of the managers come to our room. It smelled like dirt and was dirty looking. We were not told anything about this hotel at check in. Things that were suppose to be in the room, like a wet bar and safe were not usable. No information on were thing were at. We were so unhappy we checked out within 30 minutes. [...]

Great location for walking to Navy Pier, michigan avenue and many restaurants or bars. We were there for our first anniversary and couldn't be happier with our stay here. Book here now!

We were in town for a gymnastics meet but wanted to be able to show the girls the city. This hotel is conveniently located to some of the best attractions including Michigan Ave., Navy Pier, the river walk, millenium park, the museums and beaches. It was easy to check in and it seems like all the rooms have a beautiful view. The workout facility is great and the pool has a beautiful view of the lake. I'd stay here again.

Where to start. First, I was assigned a room with someone already occupying...sorry person from China who scared you!!, Second, Room smelled, needed new carpet and fixtures, and the air conditioning knob fell off and would not turn. Third, coffee and scone cost $8.78!!! Better option in the area.

The hotel was in a great location - walking distance to Navy Pier and Magnificient Mile. The hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms clean. There is a nice bar and also a grill with outdoor seating attached to the hotel - very nice! Would not recommned the restaurant below the lobby - our 2 eggs were runny, sausage was cold, potatoes were greasy and it cost $16.00. Finally, parking is expensive! If possible, use the L or the taxi system. Have a great time!

This hotel has an unbeatable location in town, short walk to the most important places to see in Chicago, I would recomend to get a double decker tour pass to reduce the walk and learn more about the city.

The room was not worth the money, the location was great but the parking was twice as much as the lots across the street and the air conditioner didn't work, the bed was rock hard, and the staff pretty much completly ignored us.

Very comfortable updated room with excellent views of river and lakefront. walking distance to most downtown attractions. Probably best hotel we have stayed in in our travels.

[...] It was my second time staying there and I enjoyed it both times. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and you can't beat the location. It's within walking distance to Navy Pier, Millennium Park and the Magnificent Mile. A few things the hotel can improve on are: Drink prices ($11 for a short vodka cranberry is ludicrous) and the hotel lacks control of the temperature in its common areas. The temp inside the Java place was sub-60. That's just too cold. All in all, though, I'd return in a second.
