Sheraton Hotel & Towers Brussels
4 out of 5

The hotel as very nice. Free wi-fi in the lobby which was excellent. Rooms were big and we had two double beds rather than twin singles. It was near the shopping district and it is based on a crossroad that had a lot of ambulances with sirens blaring (maybe near a hospital?) but this was not distracting while sleeping. Right near the metro, though the entrance nearest the hotel was closed off for repairs. Sights of Brussels are a good 15 - 20 minutes walk but nice an flat so easy to do for anyone.

Very nice view from the pool area of the roof. Something good if you can get it for a good price - which is frequently not the case.

Booked this hotel based on proximity to a business meeting - it was one of 3 recommended hotels based on location and amenities. The area itself is actually pretty seedy although very convenient to the train station. Would not recommend as a tourist hotel - the atmosphere is high rise downtown feel. Amenities were good, internet at the "business level" lounge along with free breakfast, and decent exercise facility.

This was a really ice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The only comment I would make to improve the rooms would be to have coffe/tea making facilities in the room.

The [website] offered us a reasonable price, which does not include breakfast of 26.5 EURO. I also found a lot of dust on the floor carpet, which made me a bit unhappy.

Check in was long, unfriendly and surprisingly the check agent could not speak the language of the country. Without apoloziging she made me speak her language. Lucky for her, I did speak that language. Amazing for a Sheraton.

I had a very pleasant stay in the city centre, surrounded by good restaurants and vast shopping facilities. Hotel staff is warm and welcoming, free internet and a good choice of movies in the room. I can only recommend the place. The rates offered by [wewbsite] are really interesting.

Very large room with a comfortable bathroom. Helpful staff. Only drawback was the high price of breakfast which is 25 € per person. 15 minutes to Grand Place by foot

Excellent hotel, but breakfast is ridiculously expensive - 26.50 Euro (over US$40!) per person

It's a nice hotel, specially breakfast buffet, it is good value for money, because everything is above average. However, it didn't impress me and I woudn't say this is a 5 stars hotel. 4 stars is appropriate evaluation.

The room was excellent, the bathroom was not quite at the same level - in need of renovation and cleanliness was not perfect.

I have no problem recommending this hotel as your base for a weekend stay in Brussels. My friends and I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool before heading into to town.

Overall, very happy with my stay. Tripadvisor slated the place, but it wasn'te near as bad as made out to be! The Breakfast... WOW... Best Breakfast I've had in a hotel for a long time. They serve until 2:30pm at the weekend too... FANTASTIC... None of this crack of dawn breakfast when all you want is a sleep in on a hard earned weekend away! Brilliant!
