Location
Overlooking the Andes, the Sheraton Hotel Santiago is situated in the city centre, just minutes from offices and several famous shops. The Parque Arauco Shopping Center, Universidad de Chile, La Chascona - Pablo Neruda's House, Parque Metropolitano Zoo, and Universidad Catolica are some of the local area attractions.

Excellent Hotel Concierge.

A lovely place to stay, with excellent service and comfortable rooms with a fantastic view! The lobby and landscaped gardens are pretty and good places to chill out. A jazz band with singer plays in the evening. The staff are extremely helpful and do go out of their way to help. Do note that this is a huge convention hotel catering to large groups arriving in tour coaches. It is not located very close to the downtown area, so you will need to take a cab or drive. It's only about 10 minutes to Ave. Bernardo O'Higgins but it's not walkable.

The hotel is lovely - great settings at the foot of San Cristobel Park and very attentive staff. Would stay here again if returning to Santiago.
