I had checked in with another friend but our room to be separated too far. And too many sign to be asked.

Loved it here ,beautiful foyer, rooms small but clean restaurant was a bit pricey, and my pasta dish was so salty I couldn't eat it. Taxis available in 2 mins but it hotel is a bit out of the way to get to rome but they do offer a shuttle bus drop off and pick up, we just couldn't find the pick up point, any way there is just sooo much to see the last bus at 8 pm was too early anyway, would stay again

Location is not particularly good. There's a shuttle bus (apparently not managed by the hotel itself) with the city centre which is not frequent though. Plus, whereas the way out can be booked, the return is on first-come first-served basis. So, at night there's crowd to get on the bus and one night I barely could catch it (and I had to stand because the driver was wrong counting available seats...). Plus, because the reception made a mistake when I checked in, my credit card was charged every night (without reason!) in spite of having paid for the whole stay in advance. I needed to go and discuss it for 3 days, as the employees kept changing every day.
