Sheraton Hotel New Orleans Guest Reviews
This hotel is extremely comfortable. The rooms was clean and well kept - the staff, friendly and very helpful. Location is excellent for visiting the French Quarter ( a short walk) and the riverside. Trolleys are convenient as are the taxis.

It is great hotel in the great location of New Orleans! Stunning views from the room and only couple blocks away from Bourbon street. Business center is available with free internet access and printer. Hotel also has its own parking for $37 per day.

The hotel elevators were malfunctioning making the ride as long as 45+ mins. Our room smelled like smoke. The hotel has a great location and a nice lobby. Waited over 30 minutes for the valet to return our vehicle. Probably will not stay here again unless it's a great bargain.
