great place to stay with private beach 20 mins away. Annex rooms to be avoided, needed to request a change.

Staying at Sheraton Hotel Jeddah is considered one of your worst stay you'd experience in Jeddah... it doesn't worth what you pay for... there is no reception permanent there… water coming out from the shower is boiling like hell (bad mix of hot and cold water)… the furniture is v old and needs lots of maintenance… they put a label for you to choose newspaper the next day but nevertheless, newspaper can be read only downstairs in front of v old TV and furniture. Simply this hotel leaves v bad image and impression about Sheraton group
