Location
As well as being located on the doorstep to the airport the Sheraton Hotel Heathrow is ideally placed for accessing rail and road transport links - the M25 and M4 motorways are nearby, and visitors can be in central London in under 15 minutes. Guests who enjoy shopping have the airport concourse at their disposal as well as nearby Hounslow and Windsor town centre.

After taking 15 Minutes to find a parking place, I had to wait a further 15 Minutes to check in. At check in I was allocated a 'non smoking' room. As soon as I got to the room, it was apparent it either was or had been a smoking room. So I had to queue again for 15 minutes to be allocated a new room. There was no draught beer available in the bar, resorting to even more expensive bottles, so I didn't bother having a beer. The place in general was rather shabby, and needed refurbishment. The Staff were helpful though, and were obviously under a lot of pressure. I won't be using this hotel again.

We stayed 1 night arriving in London & a 2nd leaving London.The reception staff were effiecient and helpful. We used room service for breakfast 1st morning, very well priced, fresh & filling. We used the "Buffet" for dinner the night of 2nd stay, well priced, staff attentive.Good location for the airport & our hire car company in Houslow. We paid the same price for rooms for both visits but the 2nd stay room was the same quality/presentation, but still good value against 'Rack' price!

Good hotel to stay in if you are flying out of Heathrow early in the morning. Shuttles run every 15 minutes. Room very comfortable - great bed and shower.

Good size rooms, comfortable and easily accessable to Heathrow Terminals using a shuttle - cost 12 pounds. It is good value and would stay again in similar circumstances. Staff very healful.

Very conveniently located, easy access to some main highways. Within 5 - 15 miles, there are good enough places you may need and want to see. What come to the best for my stay is that there is a very nice Chinese Restaurant in walking distance from the hotel. I like the food there, that may me feels home in HK.
