I had a brilliant stay in Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit. The room and services were of the best quality. Special mention to the reception and concierge staff who were very polite and exceptionally helpful. The pool and gym facilities were also great.

I called in and asked for feather pillows, and I found them in my hotel room when I arrived. I also called in the day before I arrived in Bangkok to ask for limo transfer from the airport to the hotel, but the dispatcher at the airport didn't have my name on his list of expected passengers. However, this dispatcher got me into a limo for the hotel anyway without much waiting around, and the duty manager was at the door when we arrived at the hotel to ensure everything was all right.
