Great experience for a last minute planned trip! Customer Service was great as well! Also to make the hotel better I wish there was free internet and free parking. But you can park your car for free across the street and use the internet in the lobby. The fees are as follows: parking 12.00 per day and internet is 9.95 per day breakfast buffet is 20.00 The bed was superb so comfortable and the hotel staff was excellent!!!

Nice hotel. Undergoing remodeling. The room was nice, but showed signs of wear and tear. There was mold on the caulking in the tub and the bathroom ceiling was gross. I shared that with the front desk and they gave me points on a reward card.

The carpet was not clean and there were several days that they cleaned the room but did not leave towels and we had to call them to have towels delivered to the room. The hotel resturant was very expensive ($19.00)per person for a breakfast buffet.I would not knowingly pick this hotel to stay at in the future.Parking was $12.00 per day.

This hotel has only van service to and from the airport. There is no other courtesy van service. I have traveled a far amount, and realize that how Sheraton prices things isn't way out of line, but I was surprised at the $9.95/day WiFi charge, plus unusual charges for local calls, high prices for a breakfast, $16+, etc. The hotel carpets are in need of cleaning both in the hallway and our room. I wish I had stayed at another type of hotel, say a Hampton, that are nice, have continental breakfasts, and courtesy van service within 5-10 miles of the hotel location.
