It was a great, relaxing weekend. The hotel was nice, comfortable and worth the price. would reccomend it to anyone.

The floor was not vacuum for sometime, a couple pairs of dirt socks was still left on the floor when I was checked-in, the bed sheets and cover were re-used without being washed and for this reason I was felt a little uneasy when lay on the bed, also I was surprised when the hotel charged for the parking permit that made the fee more than you would expected. When I booked for the room, the website was never mentioned about the parking fee and most of the time it was hard to find a parking stall to park my car. For the rate I paid and for the convenience location, I probably would stay again even thing was not perfect.

Although we did have some problems with the online website sending the reservations to the hotel, the manager on duty did everything in his power to help us. He contacted the website and got us out room. The room was very spacious and comfortable and only a few minutes away from the theme park. The price was worth it.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton Garden Grove. This was our first trip to Disney without the children. We preferred to stay at a hotel that was not too close to Disney and more adult oriented. The hotel was very quiet and we had a very peaceful stay. We were very pleased with the housekeeping. The hotel is conveniently located within short walking distance to a good selection of restaurants. The hotel is also a short taxi ride to the Honda Center if you want to catch a hockey game. My only negative criticism is that the hotel smoking area is too close to the entrance of the hotel and the Disney shuttle waiting area. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!
