Expensive for what you get , good location however. Slow check in process which given the 16 hr previous travel and 2 hour custom process was extrmely disappointing. No room service offered which was again disappointing given we had child with us and had very early start the next morning. No concierge service available to ask re close by 'things to do' which given its supposed star rating would have expected - same goes for bag carriage service - for the cost for the night would get far better service and experiecne in both UK or Australia

This is a very nice hotel overlooking the Creek. A room with this view would make a great enjoyment. The breakfast is full of choices, and the Vivaldi Italian resturant, where the breakfast area is located, has wonderful indoors and outdoors sittings and views.

The Towers upgrade which we upgraded to was only on the seventh floor but was spacious and had a good view of the creek.
