Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel Guest Reviews
Wanted a clean hotel near 16th Street Mall to access entertainment venue. Clean Rooms even if they are located in older area (tower) Bathrooms are small and a tub/shower combo is not what I was expecting but it was serviceable. other than that room was quiet and clean and that is what we were looking for.

Parking garage was a nightmare. Staff not confident at all mumbled. Then u check in have to stay across the street in the tower. Bathroom was so small. Would not stay here again

Best ever. Had the greatest time at this exact location. Hotel was very comfortable and clean.

That's when I'll go back. Everything is in good shape but overall the hotel is a loser, especially at a rate of over $200/night. The room was very awkwardly laid out. The TV was way off to one side and you could barely see it from the other side of the room. Lots of wasted space. The room didn't get cleaned the entire time I was there (3 days). The internet is not free. How can they justify no complimentary internet with a room rate that high? Well, the manager explained it to me like this: "Our hotel is going to be full during GABF weekend no matter what so we don't need you as a customer. Feel free to go to another property because there are a thousand people in line behind you." I will not be staying at this hotel, or any other Sheraton property, ever again.
