The refurb has made this a very good hotel. Rooms are good and the service is too. The location is a little sketchy, so cab rather Han walk around

Pretty comfortable hotel, nice pool, at the moment next to a building site. Located no so far from the pier/shopping streets but closer would be more comfortable to walk.

nice hotel, excellent check in and out... around a 15 min walk to the pier and the town center... the rooms have just been refurbished so very moden and very nice.. 5/5... free wi-fi in the loby only, but if you log in, in the lobby you can then use it for 1 hour in the room... after that you have to go to the lobby again log back in and you have it for 1 more hour...

i like the hotel but i didn't like it's location if it was closer to the beach it would be much better. comparing other sheraton hotels, this hotel's rooms were old .

Complete lack of amenities. No guest shop for any toiletries. Restaurants were none existent. The 'lobby bar cafe' was a joke. No service, very limited menu. Bartender was also the waiter. Room service was very good and about the only way to get anything to eat. Andy the head of Valet parking was great. He was the best thing about this Sheridan.
