Sheraton Colonial Wakefield Hotel Guest Reviews
Hotel Lobby was spectacular but that didn't extend to the room!! Pretty no-frills and basic. Bed was comfortable, heater didn't work had to call twice before they fixed it. No smoking rooms at all. No refrigerator. Just basic.

Our stay at the Sheraton Colonial Boston was not great.The staff was very helpfull and friendly.The room was in need of some help.The bath had mold growing in the grout in the shower area,the door to the bathroom had cracked paint at the bottom,the chair in our room was worn at the edge, and there was dents on the dresser in our room.When my daughter and I returned from our trip into Boston we had a dirty towel that was used to clean our room left on the desk.The room service menu is very limited.When entering the resturant in the hotel the dining room had three tables with guests and all the other tables were covered in dirty dishes.Sloppy!
