Overbooking displaced me even if my reservation is guarantted. Hotel claimed it was upgraded, but the room is much smaller than the previous stay, TV was not working, and bathtube drain stop was missing. The internet connection was too expensive ($20) vs free complimnetary service at many hotels of the same class.

Great hotel. Try to stay at clubfloor. Wonderful clublounge. Only negative remark was check-in and check-out by very unfriendly fellow in clublounge. This is up for improval! Breakfast was great!

Good hotel good location service staff very friendly good breakfast. One very bad point. Check out time is 12 noon asked for a simple 1 hour extension so as we could attend Sunday service in local Church and then join a cruise.. was informed that an additional fee would apply. They have a strict no extension without fee to be paid policy.

The rooms are in serious need of renovating. The door knobs were loose, paint is old, rugs are worn. We had to go down 3-4 times a day because keys wouldn't work. The air conditioning didn't work either. Given the price of the hotel - this was way ove priced! Other areas of the hotel - breakfast, dining, bar, etc - were great.
